I propose two sorts of support; personal training and life coaching.
I can help you make a training program adapted to you and your
physique, but I can also help you through an already existing
program by suggesting new techniques and methods to bring back
the energy and motivation.
Life coaching is all about learning how to achieve your
goals, bring out your personal possibilites, and create a successful
and happy life.
Life Coaching
- Support and help to find more life inspiration, motivation,
and to boost your love, confidence, and self-assurance.

Cross Cultural Coaching
- Learn to adapt to different people, situations, surroundings,
and cultures.
- Cross cultural coaching helps you create awareness
towards different cultural conducts, beliefs and reactions in various professional and social environments. Support in managing intercultural challenges. Sharpen your perception of cultural differences; learn how to communicate effectively with members of other cultures and sub-cultures.
We'll decide together how many sessions are needed to reach the
fulfillment of the goal of professional and/or spiritual growth.
Personal Training
- Personal Training to achieve your physical goals; following
your training history, possibilities and wishes, to create an
ideal training schedule.
- Work for mass-gaining, toning, weight-loss, find and keep
your physical shape, experience more energy and motivation to
train, and get more results and joy out of your workout and
active lifestyle (cardio training, endurance, strength and resistance
training).
- Learn to move and pose with grace and confidence (mental preparation
for a competition, photo shoot, or simply to learn how always to
look good!)
- Work the flexibility and physical calmness by stretching,
relaxation, breathing techniques, and Yoga postures.
- Learn to listen and work with your body, and to give and
create the needed energy flow. Break through plateaus and strengthen
your weak points.
- Follow a diet which corresponds to your needs and body type,
and learn how to reach your physical goals in spite of fatigue,
stress, occupation, illness, injury/rehab. history, hormonal
problems, etc.
Everybody is unique in his or her needs, and I'll work as your
personal trainer and coach, to follow and help you through
the program towards your physical goals.
