First internet contact is a free initial consultation to build
up conversation and evaluate work material. We will review your
current situation and:
- determine and discover what personal training and coaching
goals you may have;
- determine if the personal training process is right for you,
and if you are ready for life coaching.
Personal Training 1 hour -- $45

Life Coaching 45-60 minutes -- $65
|

Personal Training + Coaching 1 hour -- $85
|
|
Personal Training, Life Coaching and contact via internet (e-mails,
